THE MEETING AREA
This cozy little space is where you'll sit and chat with me about you and your life. I've found that sitting across from each other by the fireplace like long time friends sets us both up for a warm, welcoming and open environment that allows my clients to truly relax so that we can explore their life and the questions they may have.
WHERE THE MAGIC HAPPENS
A key component in going deep into past life regression is comfort and relaxation. You'll want to wear something comfortable to your session like yoga pants and a t-shirt. When we get started on the hypnotherapy portion of your session, I'll have you get nice and cozy and tucked under the covers of the bed like you're going to have a nice nap. Once you start to relax I'll begin to guide you through your QHHT experience, wherever it may take you.
